Delivery time

  • Decorative items such as blankets, pillowcases, bedding and ceramics are normally sent within 2-7 working days.
  • Furniture in stock is normally dispatched within 3-10 working days.
  • Furniture made to order is normally sent within 6-8 weeks.

Delivery

  • In Stockholm, Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen, carrying assistance is included*. For sofas, assembly and removal of packaging is included in the home delivery.
  • In the rest of Sweden, the goods are transported by single-occupancy vehicle. The goods are therefore only delivered to the site boundary. Carrying assistance, assembly and removal of packaging are not included.
  • Collection of goods takes place at our warehouse in Haninge, south of Stockholm. If you have ordered products from our retail range using the Pick-up method, these will be collected from our showroom in Gamla Stan.
  • Be sure to measure doorways, stairs and other spaces that may restrict access for delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you order can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space will not be accepted.
  • Please note that you as a customer will be charged for the return freight and any new freight cost in case you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your goods at the agreed delivery time.

  • All furniture is generally delivered pre-assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
  • Our Luca 3-Seater Sofas are delivered with one armrest dismantled.

Right of withdrawal and return

  • If your item is in stock at the time of your order, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools, upholstery or other goods that are made to order at the time of the order, the right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the date of the order. This is because the goods are specially ordered or specially made.

  • The goods must be in unused condition, with undamaged packaging and all labels must be present.

Refund

  • Refunds will be made once the return has been received and accepted.
  • When using the right of withdrawal, the full amount of the product will be refunded. Please note that if the product has already been sent out, the shipping cost is not refunded and you as a customer are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • In case of a return, the customer is responsible for the condition of the goods during the return shipment.
  • The return freight is 150 SEK for details, 600 SEK for carpets and 1500 SEK for furniture. The return fee is deducted from the refund.

Uncollected parcels or goods

  • If you, as a customer, do not pick up your item at the agent within the specified time span from PostNord, this will be sent back to us as an undelivered package. For this we charge an administrative fee of 150 SEK, in addition to the cost of shipping and return shipping. This administrative cost applies to smaller items sent with PostNord, regardless of order value.
  • If you as a customer have chosen the shipping option "Pick up yourself", the following applies:
    • For smaller items that can be picked up in our store in Stockholm, your item will be ready for pick-up for 14 days from the time we process your order. If you do not pick up your item within that time, the item will be put back in stock and you will be charged an administrative fee of 50 SEK. The remaining amount will be refunded to your chosen payment method.
    • For furniture that can be picked up at our warehouse in Jordbro, we keep the item in stock for 14 days from the date of delivery.
      1. Order is processed (for stock items). During this time, you as a customer will be notified to book a suitable time to collect your goods. If the goods are not collected within 14 days, you as a customer are responsible for the cost of extra days of storage. For unredeemed goods where you as a customer wish to cancel your order after 14 days, we charge an administrative fee of 300 SEK, in addition to the cost of storage. The fees are deducted when refunding.
      2. Your product has arrived at the warehouse (for made-to-order products). During this time, you as a customer will be notified to book a suitable time to collect your goods. If the product is not collected within 14 days, you as a customer are responsible for the cost of extra days of storage. Once your product has passed the withdrawal period when it arrives at our warehouse, you can no longer cancel your order.
  • If you as a customer, for some reason, are not at home or cannot receive your product at the agreed delivery time, you as a customer will be charged for the return shipping to our warehouse and any new shipping costs.
