Care

Dry cleaning is recommended for all MELIMELI furniture. Velvet is sensitive to water, so avoid washing the fabric with a wet cloth. If liquid is spilled on velvet furniture, use a dry cloth to soak up the liquid. If the stain remains, a wet wipe can be used. Remember to fluff and reposition cushions and cushions regularly to maintain a fresh, crisp sofa.

Shipping & Returns

SWEDEN

• Details such as blankets, pillowcases, bedding and ceramics are normally delivered within 2-7 working days.
• Furniture in stock is normally delivered within 3-10 working days.
• Made-to-order furniture is normally delivered within 6-8 weeks.

• In Stockholm and Mälardalen, towing assistance is included. For sofas, assembly and removal of packaging is included in the home delivery.
• In the rest of Sweden, the goods are transported by single-occupancy vehicle. The goods are therefore only delivered to the site boundary. Carrying assistance, assembly and removal of packaging are not included.
• Collection of goods takes place at our warehouse in Haninge, south of Stockholm.
• Be sure to measure doorways, stairs and other spaces that may restrict access for delivery. As a consumer, you are responsible for ensuring that the furniture you order can be delivered to the desired location. Returns due to limited space will not be accepted.
• Please note that you as a customer will be charged for the return freight and any new freight cost in case you are not at home or for any other reason cannot receive your goods at the agreed delivery time.

• All furniture is generally delivered pre-assembled in one piece (1 package). This does not apply to our modular sofas where each module is delivered separately.
• Our Luca 3-seater sofas are delivered with one armrest dismantled.

• You have the right to return your goods within 14 days of receiving your order.
• For sofas, armchairs, headboards, footstools and upholstery, the right of withdrawal is 14 days from the date the order was placed. This is due to the fact that the product is specially ordered or specially manufactured.
• In case of withdrawal, the full amount will be refunded. Please note that if the product has already been sent out, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
