• The shipping company will contact you by text message when your product(s) are ready for delivery, where you can jointly decide on the delivery date.
  • Collection of furniture is only included in the shipping cost within Stockholm, Greater Stockholm and Mälardalen. In the rest of Sweden, the products are delivered to the property line.
  • When the furniture is unloaded, you as the recipient, together with the driver, are obliged to check the delivery.
    • It is important that you check that you have received the correct goods and that there is no visible damage. If everything is in order, the person who delivered the goods will ask you to sign the consignment note.
  • Check that no transport damage has occurred during delivery. If transport damage has occurred, note this on all pages of the consignment note before signing and notify MELIMELI no later than five working days after receipt. Transport damage, packaging and labels are photo-documented.
  • You should unpack and check the products received immediately after delivery. Any damage that was not visible upon receipt should be reported to MELIMELI, including photo documentation of the damage, packaging and label.
  • If the packaging needs to be removed in order to install the furniture, the recipient is responsible for any damage to the furniture.
  • If you wish to return your goods, they must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. If you throw away the packaging, you lose the opportunity to return the product. We therefore recommend that you save the packaging until you have decided.
